I can’t even put into words how wrong everything in this chapter is.
This husband is disgusting trash and a huge, huge red flag.
Equality between partners and in marriage seems to be a non-existent concept and the situation our FL finds herself in is just sad and humiliating.
And the saddest thing about this whole story is, that in reality there really are still sooo many women who find themselves in similar circumstances to those described here.
Fucking underdeveloped, retarded, unfair and oppressive societies that cause such shitty fates and do too little or nothing at all, to change for the better.

Y’all saying marriage is a scary thing and that,I get, that’s true if only you don’t follow the appropriate pacing..you get so infatuated and you forget yourself that you can’t even check well who you are dating..that is why your court..he or she can’t keep hiding their bad qualities forever..this modern changed everything and made it look scary
Actually it’s so hard to leave someone you used to—loved. YES, being with someone like that is surely draining. Can you really leave someone who’s been apart of your daily lives? As the days past I know for sure that she’s losing her hope and trust on him that leads to this day where it reach her limit. Our “FML” is suffering because of that trash guy—so devastating😭. And im sure that most of us will do anything just for our loved ones, even if it slowly tear us. We’re humans, we have emotions. Some of us get attract to those humans who shows us a little bit of affection 😢
She is not stupid, it’s just that is to tired, no the kind of “tired from.work” more like tired of life. When that sh*t happens, is really hard to find the way out
I was sort of in a similar situation. When we got together we used way more money than we had and we had a really hard time for about 4-5 years. Were still paying it off. I feel so bad for her cause its hard to leave that kind of situation, especially when she said she doesnt have support of her family and im assuming any other kind. You cant just up and leave him for another place and she probably cant just kick him out since theyre married. Thankfully my guy and me are still much in love although i did tell him if he wasnt willing to help, id leave. Not so easy for me either but easier than her situation.
