This created misunderstanding is getting on my nerves, girl just tell him why you don’t want to go back. Even if you still SOMEHOW believe he hates you, you still have it way better with your father than you ever had in the capital, so why not tell him the truth.

The story takes too long to reveal that the girl was abused where she previously lived. FL has nothing to lose by saying it. Didn’t she also say that she hit the prince? Yes, she did and nothing happened…OK, I might just be tired of the : “my family doesn’t like me but it’s showering me with experience stuff but I still don’t know why” and the “father who doesn’t know how to show his love” tropes
