I think it’s because it being a manga but the seriousness of this chapter was fully discarded. In this chapter Seo Jun acting of becoming sick was extremely good. So much that seeing him with high temperature and slowly loosing breath as he ‘died’ everyone was panicking and this scene was effectively banned from the drama. Because seeing Seo Jun dying even as a character this much realisticly his die hard fans would commit suicide or something. So this chapter was extremely serious for Seo Jun’s character development.
