Al is not indecisive. He knows what he wants. He could lose everything going against his parents and putting out FL in fanger. not only that but putting his county would be at risk for rejecting the foreign princess as well. He would need a VERY good reason to reject the princess. I do hope this all leads to character development development and him stop being so passive and think of ideas to go after what he wants.
