Man….I’m not condemning him he was truly a bad farther but someone who started out with nothing then rose to that position I can understand why he is mad at her.
Yes cutting off the hair is a sign of disowning family it happens in a lot of C dramas and K dramas.
Back me up on this, but that cutting of the small portion of his hair meant as DISOWNING Isabella. I don’t remember where I read that, but that’s a form of declaration in a religion or country I think.
