so that’s a love that has never ever been resolved.
When will it finally be revealed that Isabelle murdered her younger sister? It feels like the author forgot about it. I have a feeling Isabelle will soon get what she wants: a night with the Duke, so that Cesare will cheat on FL with her sister.

It feels like authors never learn. I Tamed a Tyrant and Ran Away did the same thing—one strong female lead stuck between two male leads—and it damaged the story impact. The ratings dropped because of it! And now, it’s happening again! Why can’t they move past this tired, overdone trope? It just drags the story down when the romance takes over and the characters’ development gets lost in the mess
