From what I see so far.. I’m willing to guess maybe she has been second to her sister all her life, made to feel inferior, and so when cesar showed affection towards ariadne, she fell for him, thinking he saw her as herself rather than her sister’s shadow and thus her willingness to go so far as to chase for his love and happiness by commiting even treason for him, yearning for his love and affection and to be with the man she loved, only to be blinded by that love and not see who he really is. And so instead bottled her pain and continued to work to earn his love despite how much it was tearing her apart. And so now, she learns her sister will be the wife of the man she loves and sacrificed so much for and that he loved the sister and not her and that he merely used her as a pawn, now deeming her useless other than as a plaything, seeing her as inferior to her sister and worse. Now ik this just the first chapter so idk yet the way the two sisters are treated compared to one another aside from this bit from cesar. But judging from the reaction of ariadne that led to her saying whatever she could so her sister wouldn’t be queen, it may not just be that she didn’t want cesar marrying another woman in my opinion..

i mean, i hate cesar the most so the regression will be fun since a piece of trash who can’t even do his own dirty work deserves to go to hell but like, the fl isn’t great honestly? i’m finding it kinda hard to empathise with her seeing as she literally KILLED A GUY and cut off her own finger for no reason.
like sure i pity her but if you’re willing to kill someone bc the guy you liked told you to you need help.
i’m hoping she realises her mistakes and becomes a better person and doesn’t seek revenge against her sister who, as far as we know, hasn’t really done anything wrong.

Is it wrong that I don’t feel too bad for her. I mean no one deserves to be treated like that but she had it coming. If someone shows you who they are the first time, you should believe them. This man hasn’t shown any signs of loving you throughout this entire chapter, otherwise you would’ve been queen. Any man that has you committing treason to get his love isn’t the one you should be with. Just saying ?
