I must say although the duchess is portrait as “villainess” I kinda like her. She isn’t disrespectful or childish. She treats fl with enough respect given her status and situation and isn’t being mean. I think her responses are justified and make sense, who would welcome a stranger wholeheartedly with those backgrounds? I like her and I think that they will become friends in the future
