The great grandmother is referring to how the prince only has his eyes on Rosalin and loves watching her because he likes her (and watching her play with the prince of her home country is enjoyable to him). She didn’t say it in a malicious way, just pointing out that this meeting setup wasn’t only to “benefit” her but for his own benefit lol.
