Idk why raspberry leaf tea is getting slandered. It’s an herbal tea and close to no one have suffered adverse side effects unlike actual medication. Several women have noticed it helping with pain, labour and even pms. It’s not at all harmful. I tried it for my irregular and heavy periods. It’s okay but chasteberry worked so much better for me

@Beckz09 Raspberry leaf or raspberry leaf tea shouldn’t be used to start labour but you can have it while you are pregnant.
