Enoch was genuinely worried about Baedith and the only wrong he has done is thinking he could make choices without asking her. I don’t think he’s hateful yet, you can’t just hate a character because he’s a second lead, right?

Why so harsh on vice captain? he legitmately cares for Badieth as a childhood friend and as a crush. From his perspective Khalid is a emo guy that’s a terrible Marquise that neglects his territory, his duties, and is overall underwhelming as a person (the exact image Khalid was going for) so from Enoch’s perspective it only makes sense he wants to take Badeith back home. Especially since she got immediately attacked in Khalid’s territory due to his intentional neglect.
I’m more concerned with Khalid getting his shit together. Dude is so hyper focused on revenge that he’s purposely neglecting his surroundings (which is probably what lead to his death the 1st time around)
