I was raised by busy parents. Cooking and ordering pizza alone when I was 12. Only knowing the maid since I was a kid. I didnt turn out resentful and jealous like Lily. The fact is, as a teenager, and then adult, we can think for ourselves and choose the path we want to tread. Too bad the path that Lily chose is the wrong one. And I’m saying wrong here not even because it’s a malicious path, coz a lot of evil people walking down immoral path succeeded in life. It’s more like she, blinded by greed and envy, didnt measure her own limits and chose to bite bigger than she could chew.
All that hardwork that Mrs. Ledger went through to keep her family afloat and raise Lily went straight to the incinarator as soon as Lily picked Sen as her target. Mrs. Ledger may have been neglectful with her child but considering the situation, she had no choice; it’s real unfortunate that Lily didn’t mature enough to understand that her mother is an incredible person.
She had a great mother, even in the end she’s still trying to help her selfish evil daughter while her own future is so uncertain. Lily deserves to be a commoner and her mother deserves better
