while i agree with jellydance, this one is an exception since theres the night hound. if people even get an inkling that he has the same abilities as night hound, he’s done for. and also, having too much attention in school might be detrimental instead…

I’ve never been a fan of when an author forces a character to 100% hide their abilities. I get hiding their identity, but just not doing anything at all is such a turn off. It’s a tired trope and I’m really hoping it doesn’t last much longer. I’m not asking for a major identity reveal, I’m sure the people who need to know will find out, but at least show a bit of anything even if it’s using weapons that you don’t normally use…. so irritating
