There’s nothing to really like about him tho. I mean, how does he have more scars than a knight when he’s a priest??? Wait a second… The scars, the stuttering… It all sounds like the aftereffects of some traumatic experience in the past. And the who belief that a wife should be submissive seems like it could stem from that experience as well. Well, it could also just be the basic thinking for the men of that time.
