I haven’t read the novel fully but I do remember this part of the novel. I don’t know but if I remember it right Rashta only invited men and she didn’t invite Navier’s parents on purpose but she invited the marquis that is pretty close with Kosair. After the marquis said some things Rashta said “If u don’t want a friendly relationship with me rn” and after the marquis left and so did the the nobles after telling some excuses like their tummies hurts or something came up. TBH SHE DESERVES WORSE -_-
According to a spoiler from the novel the gathering scene should have been longer, Rashta didn’t invite Navier’s parents on purpose even though this was a gathering for all the nobles and they are the highest ranking nobility next to the imperial family, just to show she was above them and the one “in control”. Also after the Marquess (Kosair’s friend) said those things to Rashta, she yelled that any noble who doesn’t want to have a friendship with her should just leave, so the Marquess and at least 1/3rd of the nobles left after the ultimatum. This would have been a delight to see.
Can’t wait for Trashta to realize she had no one on her side….I guess, technically Navier was on her side in regards to training her for her role as a the new imperial ruler.
He is acting for the western empire in an attempt to destabilise the eastern empire by manipulating rashta to do stupid things in order to prepare for the war which is planned.
I want to think it is the hormones, but she cried at everything before, too. Tears to those out of her reach and utter cruelty to those she thinks she can. If some of the details stay the same as the novel, you cannot even say she started innocently– But I guess we are will past that.
only this chapter do I feel sorry for her but only the situation. She’s pregnant, emotional, and crying at every thing while having a horrible time adjust to the new empress position. All of that is so stressful that I’m worried about the baby that needs to be born so that I can see Sove whatever bawl and throw up on his knees when he realizes it isn’t his and he’s the infertile one and he lost Navier for nothing ?
i dont have any remorse whatsoever. she should have taken navier’s advice here tbh.
lets not forget that trasha has also multiple things without consequence, they’re only coming to bite them back.
unlike trasha, her children’s fathers (alan and soveshit even tho hes not biologically) were actually better parents than her (not saying they were good but yeah)

Yaa idk how are you sorry for her.. She is disgusting in many ways due to her tricks.. Even in this chapter i couldn’t sympathize the moment i saw her imitating Navier.. Bish is so full of herself that she thinks she can handle everyone.. Fake kindness to commoners and rude behavior to nobles will lead the downfall. No matter how much support she gathers from commoners she won’t survive in high society with nobles support.. Just like commoners turned their back for Navier ones she got divorced same will happen to tarsha if she is dethroned.. So this bish needs some brain rather than crying and doing things which shows her characterless
