You guys misunderstanding the conversation between elf and yutsuf. Both of them are testing eachother. Ml is not the guy who will give her medicine to weaken her body. He is not that possessive and Yandere.

I think there’s a mistranslation here. The elf said that he learned about humans. Just like how Lumiere thought that he was saved by Ran so she could use him to Kill Yustaf to secure the position as the head of the duchy, maybe the elf also thought that he will be asked by Yustaf to make a medicine to weaken Ran’s body that will lead her to death so he could have the position without any trouble. I agree with BidenDescry. I never thought of it as a chance to kill her. It’s merely a medicine to gradually weaken the body and it seems that he would use it to prevent her from leaving his side. If she’s “sick”, she would have to stay at the manor and rely on Yustaf.
