i like that they didn’t just go the easy route with Lumiere or Yustaf’s thinking, that they’re both immediately suspicious and not letting it go. it makes the story more realistic, especially since it WAS out of the blue and Lan didn’t think of a way to rationalize it. can’t wait to see how they’ll react once they find out she really did it with no other intention. kiss kiss fall in love ~
Well, if I were Yustaf, ofc I’d think that Lan would probably have a thought of murdering me. I mean, she brought 2 people (with 1 of them accustomed to dog fights) with no apparent reason. Ofc it’ll look suspicious. When she thought Lumiere is there to help her escape from Lachia, but Yustaf have no way to know about Lan’s intention, so it’s no wonder he thought like that.
