lol highkey related to hua’s reaction pfff i dont post irl ppl fanart (cuz thats not my jam) but when im posting fanart and someone tells me “actually can you stop drawing this character that way” it always pisses me the heck off :/ bish, i learned to draw so that i could draw what i want, when i want. you get your ass a pen and paper and draw your own fucking fanart if you dont like mine. or commissions somone, idc. but dont harass me cuz you hate how i draw x-character :/ blargh
lol i just remembered a lot of shitty messages ive gotten over the years while reading hua’s experience LOL there literally was one where i drew a character that the fandom considered “masculine” in a dress and a buncha people got pissed at me like “you need to draw him masculine! dont put him in a dress!” fuck off dude, dont like my art? block and move on with your fucking life. dont harass artists and dont tell them what to do :/ hmph
(lol i think for hua the ethics are a bit different tho LOL drawing a real live idol in sketchy poses/outfits is a bit much imo but she is actively advertising for him, working with his outward persona, and even asked him for consent soooo lol)
