I searched for spoilers from the novel and I was right!! holy shit my gut feeling told me something was up with the black haired “brother” or should I say (another spoiler) the former princess’s son that will get assassination attempts from the empress and crown prince but will get rid of them by the help of some wizards, then ascend the throne and becomes emperor, confess’s to lestia, then get married to her!
