This guy is really toxic, he got her pregnant when they were in college, ghosted her and how wants to get her pregnant again to hold her. I mean, this is a fictional work so i generally do not mind sharing my opinion even tho there are many toxic and red flag men i have seen in manhwa or in novels, in dramas and movies too. But this guy is something, and what bothers me the most is the FL. I meam he didn’t know she got pregnant back when they dated during college time. But she knew what she went through, her trauma, her depression is so severe that she is still on meds after ages. Then why would she let that same guy f**k her again? I mean yes it’s fictional and anything can happen. But Doesn’t FL have a backbone or like what? She is weak i get it she is pathetic and a fool in love i get it, women do get blinded in love, but she got pregnant yaar i mean common, and now what, she is taking contraceptives to stop her from getting pregnant, but we all know how these stories work, at the end she will get pregnant and forgive him and happily ever after. But why are everyone normalising abuse? You make stories like these, where a guy break you to the point you forget your own existence and just live as a “dead person” inside out, but you still forgive him get back wit him. I mean how is this normal? Are we still living in patriarchal society like ancient times? When men were supposed to abuse women however they wished and women will still live with them cause they never realised they were abused? But we live in different era and age. Common yaar, entertainment is nice and all but, do not normalise trash men redemption and all. In reality, once nature really changes. Khair, I don’t want to demotivate author or something, its just guys like ML shouldn’t get happy ending, and also FL should respect her more, not to fall for this guy again, take revenge on him, make him realise his mistake or something don’t just enjoy getting intimate with a guy who got your pregnant and abandoned you once.
