Okay.. So here’s my theory ? it could be spoiler too.. But moreover its just a wild guess
So the reason why the FL was confuse to why the ML lock her up is because the FL looks like Worriless Nie.
Remember that Nameless Nie said her sister run away with wild men after giving birth.
Then after that, maybe Worriless was caught by a bad group of people and was killed by the cliff. So, Worriless Nie probably died.
After that maybe the ML perform something to conceal worriless spirit into the FL so that’s probably explain her martial art..
Or the body actually belong to worriless but FL possess it instead afterward
And i do remember that on FL first life, she doesn’t remember any martial art. Then after her second life reincarnation, she suddenly had those abilities.
