Are they advanced enough for trains? You have to understand the mechanics behind the different parts and have the skilled metalwork necessary to manufacture them. She mentioned how they aren’t getting lots of iron from their mines so I doubt that’s seen much progress.
Trains are better than cars. But right now, they’re using carriages, aren’t they? I think that’s a long ways off.

It would be nice if she laid down a foundation for trains and developed the city around them which would be better than cars in the long run
