Actually, I think the real villain is the stepmother herself!!
Its an speculation but I think everything leads to her at some point.
Eunhye’s mother’s death, along with all those assassination attempts and hired killers are the stepmothers doing.
Even Do Jin must have some past related to her or her family.
Shes the only daughter of the hospital owner?!
And she shamelessly demands other to stay out of her sight, not grab her attention?!
Is she a demi-god or something?!
That attitude is the recipe for the arch-nemesis!
Remember Do Jin always says that her mom died while protecting him, so Do Jin must be someone special.
We still dont know their history and what happened in their pasts.
And all we know about the accident is that the snake-tatto guy was ‘hired’ to kill Do Jin and it ended up killing Eunhye’s mom instead.
Whether the one-eyed villain who is said to hate Do Jin is related to the stepmother somehow is still unclear.
However this stepmother witch has the vibes of being the archenemy or the main villain.
Whats certain is that the most oblivious person is the MC Eunhye herself.
And what Do Jin has been doing is eliminating her enemies and running away from those who are after him while preparing to counter-attack when the time is right.
her father loves her very much band he knows that if he wont keep a distance between them her stepmother will do something to her thats why he acts like that towards eun hye i also have a feeling that her stepmother was the one who killed her but idk yet
my guess is that eun hye’s father acts distant with her because of her step mother. step mother probably had a thing for eun hye’s father before he married eun hye’s mother and hates that eun hye is a constant reminder that she (step mother) isnt the one eun hye’s father really loves. probably came to him after eun hye’s mother died and offered financial help and protection in return for him marrying her.
