I don’t think that the FL deserves all that harsh words. Obviously she’s the most miserable person in this story. I truly feel sorry for her: strange hostile world, crazy curse… Yeah maybe she isn’t a great mastermind but she is doing her best in that stressful circumstances.

Kids, this is why proper communication is important. If she really cared for Sir Roger she would’ve stayed by his side fighting every obstacle they might face. But no, she chose to run away like a coward. Poor Roger, he deserves better..
Also on second thought: I think that he would have been happier when at least Crochetta was by his side, cause he already lost his mother & now he learned that the woman he loves was behind all of it. (which ofc is not true, the prince was behind all of it). This must have been unbearable enough & if she would have been honest about it, he would have had to face death in order to protect her but maybe he would’ve accepted it just for her sake & had no regrets.

I can understand why she’s doing it, I mean the prince wouldn’t have let go of them & kept on messing with them until Roger had probably been dead. I still wished that she would’ve solved this differently cause this is actually what the prince is aiming for: she should have no one to turn to & then come back crawling to him. I guess the only thing I can hope for is that she will take revenge on the prince & then again the only one in question who could help her & has the power is the Duke.
Man, this is literally the worst outcome. I really hoped for her & Roger to end up together but the likelihood is getting smaller & smaller.
He 100% caused all this didn’t he? Honestly she should marry him. If she marries someone who she doesn’t like at least she won’t feel as bad when her charm causes him harm. Or maybe he’s even so powerful it wouldn’t harm him as much.
