ya know, i had a moment where i was like “why does she even want to be liked by that guy?” but then i really thought about it
she’s stuck being married to him for the rest of her life, whether she likes it or not, the only alternative is an actual living hell. whether she has feelings for him or even disliked him, of course she’d want him to like her. it’s fucking miserable to have a roommate who hates you, who the hell would want to be stuck married to a guy who hates you? and considering she doesn’t dislike him, yeah, it sucks to be disliked by people that you don’t dislike. it feels like shit.
so yeah, just a really natural human emotion to be like “yeah i want my husband to not fucking hate me bro, thats not weird”
