I like the FL just the way she is since this isn’t Isekai I would dislike her character even more if she was the badass that kicked ass because she’s a spoiled brat with a good head on her shoulder she’s smart she’s already badass

If they really are dead they deserved it, in what world would a commoner live after that ? what’s in that’s magic bath water he used to get rid of his scales and become normal? Is it water gathered from the territory that’s touched the sun or something? I want her to be the reason he’s normal again ?
I thought it was her. But the second idea seems likely too. If they hadn’t seen the sun in a long time, it’s very likely that he chose Her because of something that ties with the Duke’s emotions.
