   This is a light and nice read, I advise you to not read this if you’re hungry or craving desserts, cuz she cooks such good looking appetising sweets (I’m suffering rn, I don’t have any cakes at home plus I’m trying to stick to my diet 😔)

   People complain at the ML, tbh I don’t think he’s trash, his actions are quite justified, but he’s ugly… 🫠 and then you have 2nd ML Lorenzt… and oof, he’s gorgeous handsome cute sweet and strong 😍 yeah, I got a pretty serious case of 2nd ML syndrome 🙆🏻‍♀️

   This is the same story as in the manhwa “The Love King and his Ornamental Wife” (you can find it here on Harimanga as well), just with a different manga-manhua-like art-style and a better storyboard. The manhwa-style-drawn “The Love King and his Ornamental Wife” has stopped at chapter 31 for quite a long time.
   It’s a very classic reborn-into-an-otome-game-story, where the stupid love-struck villainess changes into a kind and thoughtful heroine after getting memories from our modern world and about the game (which includes a bad ending for her character, luckily not death though).
   The setting is a weird mix of a modern school with some victorian-fantasy on top.
   It’s a light read without dark drama or angst with quite cliché-like characters, but I wish it would be a lot funnier with at least a few surprises or twists…

   I think this one is decent. The only thing I don’t like about ml is how he turned out in the storyline, but with that I have my own theory.
   Now for a rant lol
   I am fed up with all the ppl calling him trash bc he likes her after she “changed”. First, he originally liked her before she smeared makeup and perfume everywhere, second, she even put on MORE makeup and he somehow likes her. The only thing she “changed” was a) her perfume (ngl if I hated the perfume someone was using id kinda avoid that person, and if they stopped using the perfume, who knows we might become besties), and she didn’t hang Around him as much, which might turn some of you off, but BUT he doesn’t have a monologue on “why isn’t she being around me anymore this must be a trick to get attention” like countless other sissy mls. I mean if you still don’t like him, big deal, but don’t comment that endlessly and call him trash. Just leave so others who enjoy this manhwa can read in peace. (Honestly how is someone trash just because they change their mind. Ppl can change their minds about someone. That is not a red flag. Fr read your dictionary and redefine your unrealistic standards)
   About the fl, I like her. I really do. I fimd her a bit pitiful bc she has convinced herself that she can’t be with him AND AGAIN unlike most manhwas, she doesn’t lock her feelings in a box and throw it away in the name of self preservation, which is honestly unrealistic, she loves him from the sidelines, without being a doormat.
   Art 8/10 translation 9/10 storyline 9/10
   Honest review from someone who actually likes it

   oh it’s a reupload but well I have spoilers for this one, and the story is okay just the FL in og wanted Alphonse (CP) really badly but he never liked her because of stuff she used to do (like excessive make up, the way she carried herself in short she copied other women whom he used to talk to) and she met a very bad end in og, but now that she remembers all stuff she’ll avoid CP but will end up catching his attention rest are spoilers after it because og wasn’t uploaded beyond the point where she caught his attention, but he is the end game & og FL will meet bad faith she’s a bitch
