She could show off all the knowledge she gained from her first life to out shine her brother but it looks like the author is making her the type of character that can’t do anything without help. She didn’t question why her brother was saved in this life and the author didn’t show us that she thought about how or why she came back to the past yet. A three year time skip and she does nothing? Really, author? Why make her the protagonist if she wasn’t going to do protagonist things.
What’s the point of her clawing to become the successor in this life? It didn’t go well at all before. I’d just drop it and work on living a comfortable life, preferably away from all these lunatics. Fool me once… ?

He doesn’t give her the title because she’s an idiot she has no talent and she’s not smart even her teacher reported she only has basic knowledge and she’s bored most of the time
I thought the report said to only teach her the basic and general knowledge not that she only has it. And I’m sure that the Duke doesn’t give her title simply because he doesn’t like her or loves her less than Ellua. Possibly because of their difference in genders.
