It happens. Death is natural and it happens way more than you think. Every second of the day is a person dying, and a new one being born. It’s sad, but the maid’s death is kind of escalating at this point. It feels like a pointless conflict used to cause a rift between the main leads. If the FL has her suspicions, she should stop boo-hooing about the concept of death and tell the emperor what she thinks so this can be resolved.
