It’s true that Phil is being to negative about her situation but it’s understandable, she did mention how she stopped expecting things at the age of nine which is hella sad.
As for Nasar, even though it’s sad, he literally explained why he was taking things for granted, he knows she loved him in the past and started clinging to that fact even when she clearly started to build a wall between them, then she came back after escaping and started to treat him friendly once again and he literally thought he had a chance again but never followed on that and just waited, now it’s clearly too tale and he kinda deserve it for thinking he have it in the bag.
Now he is almost guilt tripping her? Nah, he’s lucky there hasn’t been other actual ML aside from him, she’s better off being single and having fun with her family.
