Portraying herself as a victim of abuse while in a way also showing that she herself never tried to punish the family and was begging for forgiveness for the family. She’s not only showing herself as a saint forgiving her abusive family even after having the power but also making her family think that ml found out by himself and stopping her from interacting with her family. The public will see her as a saintly nice girl and sympathize with her all while praising ml for protecting his wife and perhaps even praise for accepting someone with scars(since it is somewhat huge flaw for women). Perhaps the purple hair girl’s plan won’t work now because they seen that ml will accept fl no matter the flaw and will protect her.
