Tbf jumping to murder is the correct decision here imo. I mean, she’s already pretending to be a saint despite knowing she isn’t one and that there won’t be one for a while. 5yrs of that treatment means she probably already has a god complex and maybe even delulued herself into thinking she’s the rightful saint. But what about after the novel? Maybe the real saint does appear but she won’t be found or have the place that’s now taken! You think she’ll give it up? I don’t!
Unlike other FLs, she immediately deduced the ‘saintess’ identity and even thought of them as someone that came/reincarnated before her, which most other FLs will just think “No way, I’m the only one that gotten into this novel. There’s no one else definitely!” type shits

Medival times sucks. You could get killed in front of a crowd by some random ass kid cuz they are the heir to some family that owns the place. Moral is all over the place so murder isn’t really common.
