Love this hidden gem. The ENTIRE point of the manhwa is that the MC IS a OP, brilliant psychopath and most of the time doesn’t even try to hide it. If you want an idealistic vanilla murim manhwa with a cupcake MC who cannot stand injustice and who wants to save the world, then look elsewhere.
On the other hand if you want good art and plot, blood and gore, ghosts and cultivation, and a pretty as hell, OP, smiling psychopath on his quest for revenge, then this is the right manhwa for you.

10/10, One of the best manhwa’s I’ve read in a while. Was a bit sceptical at first reading the overwhelming positive reviews, but yeah the 10 slapped onto this one is absolutely deserved. MC is an absolute psychopath, but a very SMART psychopath and it’s really interesting seeing him subtly manipulate the situation one time and just going ‘fuck it’ and on a rampage the next one. It’s also has a nice twist to the usual murim story so it’s very entertaining to watch.
