The ML’s a literal coward and in the “name of people insulting his fiancee” he turned her into a murderer with no plan to clear that up and even after FL expresses her concern about it, HE DECIDES IT’D BE A GREAT IDEA TO ALMOST KILL ESTELLE, MAKING IT ALMOST GUARANTEED FOR EVERYONE TO THINK THAT FL IS KILLING PEOPLE
and he doesn’t get any better later on in the novel either, after these deranged acts, he starts acting like a OI FL being like “I don’t deserve you” so I’ll just run away and cause more misunderstandings 👍

Why do FL change the story but still believe everything will fall into the same sequence as the original story? Also she’s ridiculous for not suspecting her man. She knows his attendant is involved.
