Which now that I think about it fl does have a spine. A rickety one but it’s there, but she’s not exactly winning and in the end the ml probably have to come do all the saving which is fine but I want her sister crushed before then.

First off, even if the Duke is busy with war matters, shouldn’t he try to make some time to figure out the situation of his switching fiancé’s since he comes home every night anyway? It’s like the author didn’t know how to make fl win against her sister and just thought, hey how about making them cross path while she’s sleepwalking?! Well, I know! How about give her a fucking SPINE?!!!!!! 😒SO the author was trying to write something fresh, a reverse trope but he/she doesn’t have a lot of references to take from nor is she doing well when it comes to the inspiration department so I get it! And the last part where the maid ran into her, apologized and the fl told her not apologise because she fell, was I don’t know, stupid Nad sounds hypocritical! The maid should apologise, I mean she was the one that bumped into the fl but that’s not my point. The point is she shouldn’t have said, the maid shouldn’t apologize instead she should have said she doesn’t have to apologize cus she fell and it wasn’t on purpose!
