Summary
Read My Simulated Path to Immortality / 我的模拟长生路
Mortals carry the disease, and if an immortal comes into contact with it, at best their cultivation weakens, at worst, they return their Dao to the heavens.
Thus, mortals and immortals are forever divided.
I transmigrated here, full of grand ambition, yet could only struggle within the mortal realm, wasting my life away.
Fortunately, at the moment of my death, I awakened a mysterious treasure, one that could turn truth into illusion, transforming my real life into nothing more than a fleeting dream, allowing me to return to the moment I first arrived!

Red225
One of the better “isekaied with a system” works out there, in my opinion. Mostly because the use of the system is very subdued and only works as a device to allow him to restart over each life.
Similar to Heavenly Demon Cultivation Simulation, the protagonist has tools to return to the past, and work out how the universe works. Each time he fails, he returns to the start, and can take one item or power with him.
But each of his lives is an entire lifetime, and he starts as a very small fish in a fishbowl floating in an abyssal sea. The story covers little snippets of life, rather than focusing on the intense battles or every step of the journey.
Despite the trappings of a “system making you powerful”, there are in depth views of what it means to be a cultivator, of different worlds of heaven and earth and the gap between them, and has a very large scale at which the protagonist only slowly works through.
It’s good stuff.
