Ok, i just want to go off on this douche of a king. He’s caused every single problem in this series and gotten away with it. He didn’t tell FL why ex-husband went to war. He didn’t provide decent treatment for soldiers with ptsd. He caused ML to not live as the prince he is. He makes his daughter feel inadequit. Every single problem is caused by this king and his bs friendly act just makes it worse since no one calls him out for how awful he is, making me believe the author doesn’t realize it themselves.
