It doesn’t matter since currently she is wedded and has full authority over her title and work. And it’s not like she neglects her duties she does does them as well I just don’t get it why she has to be so lenient and even without her grand Duchess title she is still a countess! even that holds more authority than a mere doctor. Both the princess’ spell and FL being a regressor neutralizes with the ML’s Lapelion curse, lessening the fatal seizures increasing their chances of survival. So basically you can’t overlap two curses.
