The story is great but its less effective when i cant tell that the ex guy was killed or the sentences used are total trash and hard to understand. Like seriously that scene with the mom would have been much more impactful with the right wording. Its really sad.
i thought the story would be light and fluffy from the prologue but it’s been getting darker and more sinister instead….i liked the lighting in this chapter, gave a creepier feel to the mom too, but i guess this was meant to show that there are bigger things at play that even the FL couldn’t have understood from the beginning? hmmmm at least the mom seems more interesting now than just “hurrdurr im evil because of money”
I can’t believe it was all a lie nobody is that good at acting. Maybe somewhere down the line, she held a grudge for whatever reason but I think she cared for her at one point. I’ve noticed there are times in the flashbacks where you can’t see her face and I think that’s just a trick to make us believe she was like this from the start. Maybe her father did something horrible and she sees her father in her every day Maybe she holds a grudge against her uncle who didn’t help when they were in trouble. I think at the end of the day she did something horrible but maybe she’s not as bad as FL sees her to be. I mean she still doesn’t even know where the act began and at this point neither do I but I’m seeing things that make sense if she was planning this from the beginning. ??♀️
