Love this series. I hope their relationship with each other will get better even if he regains his memory back. I’m sorry to say this, but, I also think a misunderstanding is what causing the conflict of their relationship. I mean the Ml have feelings for Lily surely. He was just afraid of something, I guess?
Oh I like Liliy’s analysis regarding his friend unlike some FL she is not foolishly piling up misunderstandings & whatever ML says is frustrating and annoying
