Really hope he isn’t the male lead, cuz so far seems he’s pretty much a deadbeat. Dude didn’t even seem to care about the fact that he had upset his child. Plus, hell, he didn’t even care to bother doing anything for his family so he can be sure his family will still be around if he were to even ever return, he basically just left his wife and child to fend for themselves while he goes off on some adventure like as if he’s some child.
I hope the cover wasn’t lying about someone else being the ML. I have a sour spot for irresponsible bastards. If this plot leans too close to him, I’ll have to drop.
