@watever.. the point of the manhwa is to never regret your actions… just try do the best of you in the present.. the daughter knew her mom kinda deep down had a wish to confess .. iam guessing.. and she wanted to but she denied it for her family.. so its not all that bad

Everyone’s saying it’s a shallow story, I guess I’m rather shallow myself. Because I’m only continuing to read this for the hotti long haired ml. Although I’m wondering if he’s actually the ml, the reason is that you NEVER see a long haired ml in these. I’m thinking that the og husband/father is the actual ml and that’s why they haven’t shown his face yet. I have a feeling that she’s going to realize that she loved her husband all along and that he wasn’t as boring as she used to view him. Plus I think she’s going to decide that she wants to raise her daughter again.
It’s tough being a teenager with parents who have rapidly deteriorating health especially if you’re a noble with no knowledge of how to take care of someone. I’m not sure how she ended up being with her previous husband but if it was out of necessity imagine the mental toll of living with someone you aren’t really in love with losing your sense of self cause people keep telling you to be grateful you even have that like why can’t I reach for the stars?
In the novel its written that they (the mc and her previous life husband”) barely went out and it was a tedious and boring life, if my mom wouldn’t have love in her life, I would’ve told her the same so I don’t see it particularly as ungrateful. I woudl be happier if my mom were in a happy relationship rather then one set up
The word everyone here is thinking of is shallow. The author has managed to make a story surrounding two shallow women (the mother and daughter). I have read quite a few regression stories and this is the first one I have read where a woman gets a chance at reliving her life because of mediocrity. The husband treated his wife well and loved their daughter. The only thing he was guilty of was not being ambitious enough? Ugh. Yeah. This story sounds shallow.
Wow I thought the father was going to be painted as super trash when his daughter is willing to not be born so her mother could have another chance but it looks like both daughters and mother lived comfortable lives, aside from annoying MIL, they weren’t that affluent or rich but he wasn’t a terrible man. If anything it makes the daughter look ungrateful about how mediocre yet secure her family is. Like so what if she goes back and chooses a hotter man what if he’s abusive and cheats on her? You’ll be missing that calm boring life then
