For me this concept of FL being cunning and manipulative is good.
I have less issue than most with what Kanna is doing. When she has no one to rely on and remembers that one of her abusers both could help and has a conscience, I don’t blame her for trying to use him. If I was drowning, I’d also grab a poop covered log, no matter what others think of me for doing it.
