I read a spoiler myself that
someone decided to adopt Kanna and that person is actually close in age with her and that’s Kanna’s main love interest. It’s not like she’ll have se*x with her family. Misunderstandings in these kind of stories really suck.
there are also stories like this when a child is adopted into a family but falls for the man/woman who becomes their sibling later. This is a particular theme that some people don’t like but it’s not like the disgusting thing about se*xual relationships in the very same family.
