Read Missed My Happy Ending, Met the Demon Grand Duke / ハピエンフラグを寝過ごしたら、悪魔大公が出てきました
One day, college student Charlotte finds herself reincarnated as the heroine of a manga, the marquis’s daughter Charlotte. In the original story, when the heroine goes to pray at the cathedral, she meets an angel who grants her wish. Charlotte, who secretly loves Prince Isaac but can’t be honest about her feelings, receives the angel’s magic so that her true heart will reach him, gradually grows closer to him, and in the end they end up together.
After reincarnating, however, this Charlotte accidentally oversleeps the very time the angel is supposed to appear, and instead has her wish overheard by a demon. Annoyed at being mistaken for an angel, the demon Maynard twists her wish and makes it so that she can hear Prince Isaac’s inner voice. Worse, this Isaac is nothing like the original—he’s a black‑hearted, cruel yandere. Horrified by his true nature, Charlotte starts avoiding him, but that only piques his interest and puts her in even greater danger.
The one who comes to her rescue is Maynard, the demon living incognito as a grand duke of the same kingdom—but dealing with him is anything but straightforward…

Quite funny and not too overly cliché for an Asian fantasy romance. Seems to be a manga, but the art rather resembles a manhua actually.
You just need to overlook that the female lead is a ditz especially during the first chapters, otherwise this comedy simply wouldn’t work out. Well, at least it’s a comedy in the beginning…
The male lead is a demon over 500 years old – however, aside from that he’s once again a super typical Asian male lead (dark/black haired, posing as a grand duke, so also rich, “good looking” and a strong magician). Luckily he’s only acting “cool” but not cold nor rude towards the transmigrated female lead, which I find refreshing.
The story itself is super fast-paced in the beginning, next up explains the demon duke’s circumstances, but then slows down and circles around the various deeds and tricks of the evil prince who obsesses with the female lead (even though he was the male lead and a perfect gentleman in the “original”) and of course the budding romance of the female lead with the demon duke…
Oh, and there’s also quite a bit of magic in this story too, mainly the magic that the demon duke grants the female lead, like enabling her to hear the thoughts of people, which seemingly only works on the female lead’s father and the evil prince though.
