Girlllll you do not use a sling in fracture dislocation…..that too of forearm😖 that’ll send it straight to nonunion or malunion. the best is an orif but since this is medieval settings use a cast or static splint at least. And idk how salt is supposed to help with gi mucus or how it can act so quickly….
