She need the jewel to manipulate his emotions. Like how she said she’s an emotional expert. So she will get her money by pretending to “heal” him to have emotions I guess
wait why does she want the jewel again? her plan was to get money, but wasn’t the jewel in the story for the ML to fall in love with OGFL? I thought all she needed was to save the emperor and get the prize, she didn’t need the jewel at all.
