This was clearly the nanny’s fault. It was her responsibility to supervise the children but she let them out of her sight and look what happened. Tbh I think the bitch-mother finds it convenient to have a “justification” to hate a child whose existence she already resented. No rational adult would blame a child for their sibling’s death.
Wonder if the nanny got off scot-free. That would be hilariously depressing.
