However, how can you say that he could have married ANY woman and lived HAPPILY?!

He fell in love with Bianca because she was SPECIAL, so it was FATE.
He would never be happy with any ordibary woman because of his distorted value of love and delusions.
He was indeed obsessed with Bianca at first, but he finally realized it at the last moment of his life, so he let go and didn’t drag Bianca down to die with him, don’t you remember?
