Nah, As I said it FL and ML could have been married ON PAPERS for the first years. FL could have been raised by her family. Her father didn’t need to outcast her and never speak with her. We saw this did more bad than good.
@spring and summer, he might have did it to strengthen his resolve not to take her back. Idk, maybe he knew that the nanny or even the fml itself will plead him to reconsider the marriage again if he kept communicating with her. It might weaken his resolve and take back his daughter or something. For some reason, he sent his young daughter to the farthest place he could, to one of the strongest man alive at that time— there must be a reason. If I remember it correctly, in the novel Bianca was 7 when she married Zachary whose 20 yo. Obviously, no marriage consumation happpened so the blancheforts could easily take back Bianca if they want to since her honor is still intact and the marriage can be nulled. I bet fml’s father left no room for bianca to run back home.
We still don’t know the reason why the fml’s family cut off their communication with her. I mean there might be a reason behind this that’s still haven’t been cleared out. We might have even missed some important points since we’re reading the manhwa version of the story and not the novel (the novel’s flow is kinda different from the manhwa since the manhwa was altered to be more light and morally acceptable— the fact that the 13 year gap between ml and the fml was diminished to 5 already affected the story flow and tye details that come with it)
@S-t-S It’s not that I don’t know the story takes place in medieval times. What I want to say is that it’s not a wise choice to completely shut off communication with his daughter and never try to understand her situation, even just for political reason not familial love.

@S-t-S I agree. I don’t think they’re understand “Why” Author give that kind of plot for nothing. Even if you don’t like it, it’s make sense because it’s in medieval times. There was such plot for something. The author didn’t write that way for nothing. Maybe because it was more authentic or unique or make the whole backstory more dramatic. Like cause I live their romance but it kinda gives like groomer vibes bc he literally kinda raised her in an environment to be his wife. Like that easily could’ve not been part of the story if she’d come at like 16 and it be way less weird

The child Bianca shouldn’t have gone through what she did. Her family could have easily raised her until 15/16 and then sent her away and ML and FL could have just been married in papers simple as that. Sorry again if I ruin the story for anyone. Everything went well so that is that I guess.
